We are sorry about this problem with missing accounts when trying to set up online banking services. Thank you for looking to the Quicken Community for assistance. If you have the chance, you could save a backup by going to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen and then create a 'test' data file by going to the same menu and selecting New Quicken File... Next, choose New Quicken File in the screen that follows, and then click OK. After this, choose a file location on your computer and then click Save. Choose Don't use mobile and web when prompted.
You may then add your Pentagon FCU-associated accounts by navigating to the Add Account button in the Tools menu option in upper left-hand side of the screen, or in the more central, upper left-hand panel, denoted by the '+' symbol. Let us know if you see the same problem with missing accounts occurring in the test data file once this is attempted.
Let us know about your results, if you get the chance.
Thank you,
Quicken Jared0 -
Did all that but no couldn't add my Pentagon FCU mortgage account. The Mortgage account not appear as one of my listed accounts. Pentagon FCU doesn't seem to want to 'play' with Quicken. Not only can't I download account transactions but I tried using Quick Pay to make my mortgage payment but it never showed up with Pentagon FCU and I was charged a late fee.0

Hello @robertcone,
Thank you for checking back in to let us know about your results. We are sorry that this issue remains, even after attempting to make use of the online banking services in a test file.
What connection method are you currently making use of in order to add or link your accounts to online banking services? Please note that you can verify this anytime by going to Tools > Account List and then clicking on the Edit button in the row associated with the affected accounts. Next, go to the Online Services tab in the new window that appears afterward. The information we are looking for should be found under the Online Setup callout box.
Knowing this will help us to further isolate the issue, based on the results from the test file.
Thank you,
Quicken Jared

Thanks but I don't think you understand the issue. I can add a savings account I have with Pentagon FCU but my Mortgage account does not appear. IMO, that's a Pentagon FCU issue. That coupled with their inability to receive and process a QuickPay payment says to me, Quicken has work to do with Pentagon FCU relative to electronic connectivity. I have no trouble downloading transactions from B of A, Chase, Amex and Vanguard. The problem exists just with Pentagon FCU.0
