ONGOING 3/13/23 - USAA - Savings Accounts not being discovered after migration to EWC+

We have come across a situation where USAA customers are not seeing their Savings account after migration to the new EWC+ connection method.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

Update 3/6/23

USAA Savings accounts that are DORMANT will not be "discovered"

IF the following transaction types are not in recent history, the account is DORMANT

1. Transfer money into the account.
2. Transfer money out of the account.
3. if account supports bill payment - a payment

Please note that interest payments only in a savings account = a Dormant account
