This started earlier this month. There was a problem with Seacoast not pulling all fields into register last year but this is new. :#

    Hello @BstaedL,

We are sorry about this problem with missing transaction information after updating accounts. Thank you for alerting us to this here on the Quicken Community.

Do you have all of the appropriate columns enabled in the Register when you navigate to the 'gear' icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then click on Register columns... in the dropdown that appears? If you have the chance, you could save a backup by going to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen and then create a 'test' data file by going to the same menu and selecting New Quicken File... Next, choose New Quicken File in the screen that follows, and then click OK. After this, choose a file location on your computer and then click Save. Choose Don't use mobile and web when prompted.

You may then add your Seaside Bank-associated accounts by navigating to the Add Account button in the Tools menu option in upper left-hand side of the screen, or in the more central, upper left-hand panel, denoted by the '+' symbol. Let us know if you see the same problem with missing dates and amounts occurring in the test data file once this is attempted.

I am eager to hear about your results.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

Check the OFXlog file (Help->Contact Support->log files) to see if Seaside is including the information in the download or if Quicken is messed up and not using it.
To view the log, save it to a text file and open it using Notepad.  The latest downloads are at the bottom.

Thanks. I did as you suggested and it looks like info from Seacoast is in the download so Quicken is messing up and not using it...any suggestions for next steps appreciated. (I have not tried Jarod's suggestion above...other than to verify all register columns are still selected. They are. I have 8 seacoast accounts so a lot to go through if there is an easier solution)

@Quicken Jared I tried your suggestion to try a test file and all Seacoast accounts downloaded correctly in the New Quicken File. What do you suggest I do now? Is the only solution to "start over" using this new Quicken file??
