PNC - “error has occurred when trying to download transactions”

I did update wtih QW27.1.47 did not help
It is a mp patch

    I use PNC Bank. I cannot get a screen shot because as soon as it comes on the screen it disappears. It is in red and a red dot appears in front of PNC Bank. it just says, "an error has occurred". However, I will keep trying to get a shot,
