Transactions are Missing

It appears I have transactions missing and I don't know why. Mostly utilities and some pensions. I ran a 2022 report. I receive a pension each month, social security each month, and yet in the report, I have 7 of each. I pay utilities each month, and yet some transactions are missing too. It can't be the 90 day rule because transactions appear past 90 days. For example, in 2022, I have 11 transactions for my electric, except October 2022, why? Same thing for the gas company, January is there, but April is not. It doesn't make sense. I hate this program.

And, bills are no longer syncing to the account. They keep saying they are trying to link, but then nothing happens.
