One Step Update Summary Missing Investment Accounts

I run One Step Update. I see my investment accounts in the download request popup. I run the download. I see the investment accounts in the popup window that shows progress. Also, the accounts have the curved arrow that indicates a download in process.

The popup summary only includes bank and credit card accounts. The investment accounts are not shown. The bank and credit card accounts are Express Web Connect. The investment accounts are Direct Connect.

How do I get the investment accounts included in the update summary?

    Hello @saberman,

We are sorry about this problem with missing investment accounts during one step updates. Thank you for inquiring about this here on the Quicken Community.

Are these investment accounts associated with separate financial institutions? If not, which one are they associated with?

I look forward to your answers.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

    Hello @saberman,

We are sorry about this problem with online banking services that seems to be persisting. Thank you for answering my earlier question about the situation.

Have you noticed that this issue is continuing in a second, ‘test’ file? If you have not already done so, you could save a backup by going to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen and then create a 'test' data file by going to the same menu and selecting New Quicken File... Next, choose New Quicken File in the screen that follows, and then click OK. After this, choose a file location on your computer and then click Save. Choose Don't use mobile and web when prompted.

You may then add your Fidelity-associated accounts by navigating to the Add Account button in the Tools menu option in upper left-hand side of the screen, or in the more central, upper left-hand panel, denoted by the '+' symbol. Let us know if you see the same problem occurring in the test data file once this is attempted.

This will help us isolate the issue.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared
