First Horizon Bank/Quicken - Not Downloading New Transactions

I called tech support, they did not troubleshoot it. The only thing we figured out is that we could Add the same account under a different name and it would download all the transactions. We did this and replace the existing account, but now this will not update with new transactions. I am not adding the account every time I want to update it -- this is a ton of work. Reading these discussions indicates that First Horizon and Quicken both have a long standing ineptitude problem, so I hope this doesn't result in finger pointing. Thank you.

I forgot to mention... no error messages and the connection method is: Express Web Connect.0

We are sorry about this problem with online banking services and downloading transactions. Thank you for speaking with us about this here on the Quicken Community.
If you have the chance, you could save a backup by going to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen and then create a 'test' data file by going to the same menu and selecting New Quicken File... Next, choose New Quicken File in the screen that follows, and then click OK. After this, choose a file location on your computer and then click Save. Choose Don't use mobile and web when prompted.
You may then add your First Horizon-associated accounts by navigating to the Add Account button in the Tools menu option in upper left-hand side of the screen, or in the more central, upper left-hand panel, denoted by the '+' symbol. Let us know if you see the same problem occurring in the test data file once this is attempted.
