I did not renew my membership and now I have a highlighted area on top asking to renew

How do I get this highlighted area out of my screen? also there is a side panel that occupies about 1/4 of my screen with the same purpose. Need help to get rid of this annoying adds.

The only way to get rid of the renewal nag screens are by renewing.
