Is there a problem with Citibank downloads to Quicken? CC-501 can't communicate with servers

Getting CC-501 error when I tried to reset the online download with my citibank checking account. Quicken had an error and wiped out the online setup when it ran into the CC-501 error and said to try again later that unable to communicate with servers. Message said not to call Citibank since not a problem on their end. I didn't get any errors when doing normal updates, so why would it do this? What problems are going on with Quicken?

    If you haven't already, please review this support article regarding error CC-501.

    As stated in the article; “This error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to receive transaction information. This could be caused by something on the bank's end blocking Quicken from connecting. In some cases, Quicken Support may need to escalate the issue.

    Therefore, if this error has persisted for more than 24 hours, then we advise that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely be required to file an escalation in order to have it successfully resolved.

    Thanks, but now I am getting an error CC-592. I tried multiple times to setup the online EWC+ again and get the signon screen to Citi from Quicken but after logging on does not work. Does EWC+ not work if MFA is enabled?

    Ok, looks at other settings and tried setting up EWC+ again using Citi Cards as the financial institution as my other Citi accounts. However, getting CC-501.

    The Quicken screen says its a problem with reaching the Quicken servers.

    Called support as it has been over 24 hours. I was informed that there are issues with Citibank being worked on. This also seems to be related with MFA used on accounts not working with Quicken.
