ONGOING 5/4/23 Optum Bank-HSA - "Quicken Cannot Connect Account" / CC-503/103

We are receiving reports that users trying to connect or update their accounts for Optum Bank-HSA are receiving a CC-503/103 error and cannot connect their accounts. This is due to the users being redirected to a different page to log in, and it causes the user to get the CC-503/103 error.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA on resolution at this time.
