Reauthorization Appears Successful, but no Transactions Downloaded

I too am having the same issue. The reauthorization process seems to work fine, and OSU completes without errors. But, new transactions are not downloaded into Quicken, even though I have confirmed the new activity on the bank's website. Please help!0

Can you tell us what Account Type is being affected by this issue, or is more than one involved? Are you making use of any corporate card accounts? How many accounts are you making use of with American Express through online banking services?

I had this issue on 02/23/2023 with my BOA accounts, called tech support. They helped me fix buy redownloading the software. Tried to login and update my accounts today and BAM, same problem. Seriously, I have read so may posts where this issue is present. Quicken/Intuit needs to fix this bug NOW!!! They offer this forum, but clearly are not reading. Jared above responded with more questions. How about giving us a permanent fix.0

I renewed my account on 3/3/23, it went fine all the way to giving my credit card information, and submitted but didn't get a verification that the account was paid, just got a blank page.0
