USAA Must Reconnect Every Time I Try To Download Transactions

For the past week, maybe a bit longer, every single time I select Update Account within Quicken I must "reconnect" my USAA accounts. I am taken to the new web login for the USAA accounts, I authorize Quicken to access my financial data and Quicken prompts me to link my accounts again.

This happens every time I select Update Account.

    Do you see any particular coded error messages, or other errors, when you are prompted to reauthorize your accounts?

    I have the same issue. It just says I must reauthorize my accounts. It happens everytime I try to download. Very Frustrating.
