121 Financial Credit Union not downloading properly

When transactions are downloaded, the 121 fields are not lining up with Quicken fields (payor fields says the word Date). So now I am unable to categorize each transaction.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    We will need some additional information in order to better assist you further.

    First, could you please tell us which connection method you are using to download transactions (i.e.: Express Web Connect or Web Connect QFX)?

    Also, if you don't mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the issue you described above? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
