Added account and is functional, but cannot get it to show up/link in transfer accounts list.

Been using Quicken since 2001. Recently switched from 2016 to current online version. Had 6 accounts in previous versions, when updated to current online version, added a 7th account. All the previous accounts are linked and can xfer between and it shows up on account being transferred to. Although new account is functional for transactions, it doesn't show up in the list of accounts when I select "xfer"? Thanks in advance

    What type and what name is that 7th acct?

    It’s a checking account, simply named the account number

    Please go into Edit Account Details for the new account. Select the Display options tab.
    In the box titled “Account display” do any of the 3 checkboxes contain a checkmark?
    If yes, click the checkmark(s) to remove it. Click OK to save changes.
    Your new account should now be available to be selected as category in a transfer transaction.

    Hmmm … that's a puzzle.
    Please show us image snapshots of Tools / Account List scrolled to show the new account (make sure that “show hidden accounts” at the bottom of the view has a checkmark). Also show a register transaction with the category pulldown list open, showing all transfer accounts.
