cc 502 errors when attempting to download transactions

in the process of updating userid's/pswds for several items that are part of my quicken accts. list I started off with one just to see if i could easily accomplish. Immediately got CC 502 errors on the Credit card acct. So, i went back in to my CC acct and reset to original userid/pswd. Now still getting CC502 errors. Then thought about my quicken vault info...... If the user id/pswd needs to be changed in my quicken 'vault', how do i accomplish that? clicking on the various 'vault' buttons do not allow me to make any changes within the vault. Somewhat stuck(i.e. frustrated) on this and would appreciate any help. i want to pursue many changes(user id's/pswds) but do NOT want to have to fight all this with quicken . thx.........

    thx for your info.. I hadnt heard anything about problems with CitiBank downloads.
