Missing transactions from Navy Federal Credit Union

I have found a couple of missing transactions (paid by the credit union online) when I did a reconciliation. Both payments were to the same company - one in October and another in February. Other than that all those standard transactions show up in my register each month. Why would those missing transactions occur with automatic downloads to Q? and how can I resolve that issue?
