Reminder frequency default

Set the new expense reminder default to only once or allow the default to be changed in preferences.

I hardly ever use “Only once” reminders. I think the default frequency should be monthly.

I agree with this. If a transaction will occur only once, why bother with a reminder? Just enter it with the future date.
