Both AmEx Cards not appearing for reauthorization

We are sorry about this problem with reauthorizing accounts. Thank you for letting us know about this here on the Quicken Community.
Is the USAA account a credit card or corporate card? Also, is the other account showing the EWC+ connection method? Note that you can check this by navigating to Tools > Account List and then clicking on the Edit button in the row associated with the affected accounts. Next, go to the Online Services tab in the new window that appears afterward. The information we are looking for should be found under the Online Setup callout box.

It is a corporate card. Right now in those settings. On online services tab right now is just 'Set up Now' since it hasn't been working and allowing me to set it up. I did find in the issue list a 'known issue' around this and monitoring it, but if any other help would appreciate it0

We are sorry that this is continuing, and thanks for answering my earlier questions about the situation.
It could be very helpful to us if you could submit logs regarding the problem. This would be done by going to Help > Report a Problem in the upper menu at the top of the screen with Quicken open. Information about this problem will then be forwarded to the proper channels for further investigation. We do not have an ETA regarding a resolution, although we have teams working on the issue.
Also, is there any way you could provide screenshots of what you're seeing - with personal information redacted as necessary? You can follow the steps explained in this FAQ in order to do this. Also note that you may drag and drop your images into your comment in order to submit images, as well.
