My Quicken continues the be unstable

I have a Quicken subscription. I have uninstalled and installed it twice. I continues to hang up and is slow to respond. My OS is Windows 11, Help

Do you have Controlled Folder Access enabled in Windows Defender?

What does it look like in Windows 11? I believe that Norton is controlling that.

What is the full path to the folder that contains your Quicken data file on the hard drive? Are you using OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Backup?
