USAA Updates Now Require Daily Authentication to Download Transactions?

Since the recent change with USAA I have been asked daily to authenticate my accounts by signing in to USAA to reallow my accounts to download? Is this going to be a daily occurence now? Once I have confirmed my information with USAA why is it asking me to do it again each time I attempt to download transactions?

I encountered the same problem and tracked the problem to this solution; it is possible in your hidden accounts you still have an old account "active" for updates even though you may have closed it. Try "Tools" ... "Manage Hidden Accounts" and look at all of your accounts to see if they have the boxes checked for "Hide in account bar" "Hide in Transaction Entry List" and "Keep this account separate" but the account is NOT Closed which stops the downloads and zeros the account. One several occasions I had to go into each account and look for the "deactivate" One Step Update then close it. USAA and Quicken knows you have an account that is still active for One Step Update even though you have long ago stopped using it. You have to systematically go through all the accounts and uncheck the boxes, then check for One Step Update an then "CLOSE" the account.

I checked my hidden accounts. None are related to USAA, so it must be another issue. Thanks for responding though/
