One Step Update Freezing

One Step update is freezing. Won't update any accounts - single account or multiple accounts. Tried validating, super validating, signing out and back in, restarting computer, deactivate and reactivate connection as advised in prior discussions. I installed this version of quicken just 2 weeks ago and data is all new, so not sure what the problem might be.

Have you additionally tried uninstalling the Quicken software using the steps listed in this Support Article, then deleting Quicken from the Program Files (x86) folder? You may then reinstall the software after following those steps using the steps listed here.
I want to make sure that this maneuver has been attempted before offering further recommendations.
