Problem with Amazon synchrony account updating

The last update was November 2022. Now the edit account page shows Lowe’s log in information. I cannot find a fix in The community. Please provide a fix asap!

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Synchrony? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Do you have any Lowe's accounts within Quicken? Are you receiving any error codes or messages?
