Hello @Victoria Priest and @Ducati ,
We are sorry about this issue with online banking errors. Thank you for letting us know about this here on the Quicken Community.
Regarding the OL-301 error: note that this often indicates an issue with the Direct Connect servers used by the banking institution to send information to Quicken. We will need to confirm that certain troubleshooting steps have been attempted before proceeding. Save a backup by navigating to File > Copy or Backup File… in the upper menu at the top of the screen, then take a look at the following Support Article - linked here - and move through the steps listed there, in order. Does that seem to resolve the issue?
Let us know how this works, if you get the chance.
Thank you,
Quicken Jared

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we thank you for your patience.

I have the same issue beginning today on Mac version only.
Similarly, there is also a duplicate fund for each of my funds with a ‘2’ at the end.
These duplicates were all added with a date of 11/12/2015! and they result in my balance being at least double of reality.1 -
I have also noticed occasional duplicate Fidelity funds with various appendixes added to my accounts for some time. I have to delete theses duplicate transactions from the accounts. This occurs especially if I try a manual download of a QIF file directly from Fidelity website. These duplicate/appendixed funds remain on my securities list. I also believe the duplicate Fidelity funds may be involved with another recent problem - rogue share/fund prices showing up on securities/funds that do not have tickers and should not download and therefore require manual price updates. This problem required me to go through and turn off the download price option for all my non-ticker securities/funds and delete a large number of rogue price quotes.0

I guess "appendices" is the correct plural term... Not sure if "appendixed" is correct either...0

Same issue here. I hope Quicken gets this fixed quickly.

Fidelity Net Benefits still not working today. I deactivated accounts and then reactivated them. The accounts were found and then when I attempt to link them, an error appears that says "it's not your fault." Who's fault is it and when will this be fixed?1

my password is not being accepted for Fidelity through Quicken but works when i go directly to the Fidelity site.

does this have anything to do with changes Fidelity is making to the "Fidelity Access" for third party data that you see in the security center of the Fidelity account? when I open it, it is blank. I cant recall if Quicken was ever listed in there. Anyone know?Using Quicken since 19960

I have the same issue with Fidelity not updating my Net Benefits account. The last price update was on March 6th. My Fidelity regular accounts (non-Net Benefit Accounts) are being updated correctly.

It seems like quicken has forgotten about this issue. Their last update on 3/15 does not convey a sense of confidence they have a grip on the problem. My last successful download was on 3/7.

Same as some of the above, I have had the internal identifier issue on other ITRA account , other firms. But not recently. My updates stopped working on the 6th also, not just fails with connection error. I tired deactivating and reactivating, nothing helped. Talked with Fidelity, and they did not see anything from their side, but they won't know server issues. Also notice that they changed home pages and routing, so not sure if that is art, but it does reset and connect when setup, just the send/receive part fails.0
