When I did the new link to USAA it shows my credit card as a checking account and I cannot link it to my existing account as it is not listed in Quicken as a link to account.

    Hello @rmiscoord ,

We are sorry about this problem with online banking services and relinking your existing accounts. Thank you for letting us know about this here on the Quicken Community.

Is there any way you could provide screenshots of what you're seeing in the Add Account screen when this happens - with personal information redacted as necessary? You can follow the steps explained in this FAQ in order to do this. Also note that you may drag and drop your images into your comment in order to submit images, as well.

Also, it would help us if you could navigate to Help > Report a Problem... in the upper menu at the top of the screen and submit logs regarding this issue. Information from these logs will be forwarded to the proper channels. We do not have an ETA regarding a resolution, and we apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.

I look forward to hearing more from you about this.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

what was the resolution to this? I am still having the same issue. Now my credit card account is identified as a savings account, so similar issue to rmiscord's question.
