Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What exactly is occurring when attempting to link your accounts? Is the option to LINK to existing greyed out? Is it not showing the correct accounts to link too? Is it attempting to add these accounts as brand-new accounts? Do you receive any error codes or messages? How long have you been experiencing this issue?

Same problem - my experience is that the URL opened by the Quicken app flashes something momentarily and then shows a blank page.
Quicken itself hangs, awaiting a response from the browser.

I have been having a similar problem adding an aditional Capital One account. I am able to verify the account and when it returns to add the account I get an error that just says something went wrong. Been going on since Feb 28, 2023

Just fixed it by setting default browser to MS Edge instead of Chrome. No idea why Chrome didn't show CapitalOne log-in page…
