Problems with PNC downloads

I have continual problems with PNC download. It works about 1 out of every 10 tries. Am I the only one having this problem.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with PNC Bank? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. How long ago did this issue begin to occur? Do you receive any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions? Do you utilize the One Step Update feature when you are noticing these issues or are you completing an individual account update?
