Downloading transactions - "pending" are not included

When downloading transactions to quicken any/all pending transactions do not appear or update account

    I’m having the same issue with USAA. As I recall it used to download pending transactions. USAA shows them a category pending

    there's been several threads about this and they seem to be closed without saying that they're working on it or knowledge there's an issue
