Hello @E Eagle,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
Before you begin any troubleshooting attempts, we first advise saving a backup.
Then, I suggest that you please deactivate all of your USAA accounts. Please, follow the steps found in this support article to deactivate. Once deactivated, attempt to reconnect the accounts through Add Account, by navigating to Tools > Add Account..., search for your Financial Institution name, and follow the prompts to connect. Once your account(s) have been found, see if it will now allow you to link them to the correct existing accounts you have already set up in Quicken.
I hope this helps!-Quicken Anja0 -
I have been following the on-screen instructions multiple times (every time I try to download transactions), and every time, a new error is introduced, so my multiple accounts at multiple banks are getting mixed up. It's maddening. I just tried this deactivate/reactivate for one of those, and it is now adding my VISA transactions to a checking account at a different bank. This is the kind of thing that periodically makes me almost give up on Quicken, but I figure out a workaround and soldier on. Poor form, Quicken!
