USAA: I need 2 logins, but EWC+ will only do one

My wife and I have 3 CD IRA's for each of us, as well as a joint checking and savings account. When I tried to migrate to EWC+, my accounts are listed, but the choices to link the accounts include mine and my wife's accounts. After linking all mine, my wife's aren't included, and I get the error CC-800. So, my wife logs in, and links her accounts. Now mine are dropped out. Under the "update summary", there is only one USAA log in, where in the past, there were the two we needed. Is there a fix? thanks!

I tried to "report a problem." It won't send, I assume because I will not attach my quicken files to the post. I have no idea what would be in those files as far as my financial information, so I will not attach. Are you just not able to communicate effectively with the USAA system any longer?0

Today, Quicken and USAA are supporting two log-ins for "update."
