USAA Credit Card stopped downloading transactions?

I successfully reauthorized my accounts. Checking and savings appear fine. My USAA Visa hasn't downloaded a new transaction since March 1st (actually I think February 28). The balance has updated, but no transactions. I just reset the connection but the same issue. No new transactions.
Ideas?

We are sorry about this problem with online banking services. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

Now the program just freezes. Restored from the backup. Can't do a One-Step Update. Restarted Quicken. Restarted the computer. Validated and supervalidated the file. For the 10th time I have (Not Responding) on my program.
Any other suggestions other than finally migrating to Empower after 33 years? Your program is broken.
