Chase and Barclay credit card accounts not downloading transactions

Chase and Barclay transactions stop downloading so I tried to reset those accounts and got error message during those attempts to reset. Now both accounts are offline and every time to set them up again I'm getting error messages. Now in the general information screen for my Barclay account the bank has changed to Chase so when I try to set Barclay up the set up wizard immediately takes me to Chase. What a mess. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Could you please tell us the exact error message you are getting when attempting to connect? And does there also happen to be an error code associated with the message?
