Care Credit Statement Rewards

A Care Credit Statement reward was correctly downloaded into my Quicken account. When I try to reconcile the account, the rewards transaction does not appear in the "Reconcile account" screen. The amount involved shows as a difference between the cleared and the statement ending balance. Is there some reason for this, and is there some way to correctly reconcile the account?

    If anyone is interested, the work around for the fact that a cash back rewards transaction does not show up on the reconciliation screen for the time in question is to make an adjustment entry and change the payee name to "rewards statement credit (as reflected on the statement) and the category to the appropriate description. What's annoying is the fact that the work around is even necessary. It's a bug quicken should maybe look at fixing.
