Quicken CC-506 For Schwab accounts

Quicken has been throwing up this CC-506 message for my Schwab accounts over the past week or more. "Unable to update your account. This may be because the account was closed, or its nickname has changed." (none of those were the case). This time I chose the 'RESET' button and it asked me the yes or no questions, which I answered appropriately (nothing had changed). As a result, it proceeds to tell me all my Schwab accounts have been successfully updated. Now it has totally trashed my Schwab High Yield Investment account, Schwab Traditional IRA, and Schwab ROTH IRA balances. This is so screwed up. I am going to try to do a restore. Only one it didn't manage to trash was the brokerage account. Just Schwab, no other financial institution updates had a problem. BUT this is a BIG problem!

So I pulled up my backup file on my back up laptop. Just as I suspected because I've seen this in the past. In my Schwab HY Checking it changed the opening balance in April of 2022 from '0' to (a payment transaction of $10,000 which created a negative -$10,000 opening balance.0

Now I am looking at the ROTH and traditional IRA and the first thing I see is that it did not download 'journal' transactions on 3/3/23. In Schwab online, I had transferred 2 ETF positions of 200 shares each from traditional IRA to ROTH IRA. When I go into my Schwab account online, everything is perfect as it should be. Quicken not so. Most of us are not newbies. I've been using Quicken since the very beginning of Quicken and I have never seen so many problems over the course of the last several years of subscription 'service', in all the time I've been using it. I am self managed individual like many others out there so I do a lot of trading and transfers and we can't afford to have this software be unreliable! When you end up having to call support it gets scary as to the level of expertise you may or may not get and usually are going to be on the phone for a minimum of 1 hour and probably more. I don't know about others who have jobs, etc. but I don't really have the spare time to go through all their gyrations and still end up with a screwed up file. Btw, I just downloaded the newest update this morning first thing. Version R48.8 Build 27.1.48.8. This CC-506 problem was already there prior to this update, so if it was intended to fix it among other things, it did not.0

I have been using Quicken since the beginning of time since Microsoft did away with MSMoney (one of the best programs money could buy). [Removed-Violation of Community Guidelines].
