One Bank Two Credit Card Logins - Can't Update Both
Both my wife and I have credit card accounts with Chase. I want to download transactions from both accounts. However, it seems that I can have only one account activated at a time - transactions from one will download and I get a message that the other does not exist on Chase. I then need to Deactivate the first account and Reactivate the second account. It's very inconvenient! I believe this is a glitch with Express Update.
How can I download transactions from both accounts more conveniently?
