Online Not Syncing with Desktop

My investment property and my physical property is not showing up on the web, but does show up on the desktop software. Yes, I did sync it. Why is my physical propery not showing up on the web?

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Were these properties showing up on your Web application before and then disappeared? Do you receive any error codes or messages when syncing your data? Do you initiate a sync on your desktop application and then again on the Web after inputting new data?
