Fidelity not downloading?

I saw in the alerts that netbenefits not working? is it still a problem? I can't seem to download right now.

What is your connection method with Fidelity? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Are you receiving any error codes or messages when attempting to update your NetBenefits account(s)? What exactly occurs?
