Synchrony MyWalgreens Mastercard

I have a new Synchrony MyWalgreens Mastercard, and I cannot get Quicken to link to my account. After several calls to Quicken support (who told me it is an issue which has been previously raised) and Synchrony support, the issue is that Quicken has an incorrect URL for this bank card. Synchrony told me they would notify Quicken, but there is no change yet. The correct URL is How long should it take for Quicken to address this issue?

    If your financial institution has changed its URL, then it will require them to submit a request to have it changed within Quicken.     I am aware that it the financial institution has to submit the request. The ‘Data Technology Team’ told me in a phone call that Synchrony was going to submit a request to change the URL to Quicken. Can you tell me if they have done so?
