Missing download status on One Step Update screen

I have been missing the status of downloads on the One Update Status Screen for quite a while. It seems to be the accounts that are direct connect and not the accounts that are using Web Connect Express. This started after one of the updates a while ago. More specfically, it's missing the download status of my Wells Fargo Accounts. Anyone else have the same issue?

To help with troubleshooting:
What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release (R xx.xx) of Quicken are you using?
US, Canadian or other country version?
Is your subscription expired or still active?
Click Help / About Quicken to get this information.
Are your WF accounts selected for updating in the One Step Update Settings page?
At the bottom of the OSU Summary view, is there a checkmark on “Show just the last update”?0 -
I've had a similar issue for several months. (Quicken Premier, R47.15) It started sometime in late 2022. All accounts show up on the One Step Progress screen, but only some are listed on the One Step Update Summary. Quicken support was unable to resolve this. I tried reinstalling Quicken. That corrected the issue temporarily, but after a couple of updates, the same problem occurred. Wells Fargo is one of the institutions affected. With the Wells Fargo issue this morning, I tried selecting “Show this window only when there are errors” on the Summary page to see if that would force it to show up, but the Summary page came up blank.
Under normal circumstances the institutions that don't show up in the summary still download correctly. All of them are Direct Connect.0 -
I've noticed that all of the institutions that don't show up in the One Step Update Summary use Direct Connect.

That's weird. All of my remaining Direct Connect banks (Citi Cards, Quicken E*Trade) show in my OSU Summary together with all the EWC banks.
Are your DC banks activated for downloading in OSU Settings?0 -
Yes. They are all activated there, and download transactions without any problem. They show while the OSU is in progress, but don't show up in the summary. I've give up trying to resolve this. They suddenly all were displayed one day this week, after I had done some network troubleshooting, but then stopped showing up again the next day. It seems that it must have something to do with a network setting, but I haven't been able to determine exactly which. This only started happening last fall after one of the updates. After American Express switched to the Web Express+ connection, it has begun showing up again.

I'm using:
Quicken Premiere (R47.15), US, Subscription is Active
All my WF accounts are selected
And yes there is a check mark for "show last update"
Ironically, i uninstalled Quicken and reinstalled it. Now my DC accounts (including WFB) show up and my Web Express Accounts don't show up. I didn't do a "clean install", i think there used to be a utility for this. Anyway i'm glad to see others seeing the same problem.

Updated to R48.9, no difference, only seeing the status for Web Connect accounts. Direct Connect don't show status in the one update status screen.
