CC-502 Error Code - Citibank Cards

Here we go again. It seems every week there is an issue with Citibank credit cards. I'm not sure what you folks are doing at Quicken, but this stuff has to stop. It is ridiculously frustrating. Please get your system together and fix these constant issues. There must be a way a resolve them. If it's not Citibank, it's Fidelity, and if it's not Fidelity, it's American Express.
