Quicken Software Issues Regarding USAA FSB

Same issues as most. Checking and saving accounts not updating correctly or easily. Opening balances incorrect and throwing totals off. Credit accounts not downloading new transactions at all. That's after two separate sessions with customer support that didn't really actually fix anything but blamed USAA and kindly offered some tricks to manually match things up. After years of having few alternatives I think I'll try some of the newer applications out there. I encourage all reading this to ditch this software.
