Is it Quicken or is it USAA (Very slow)

Since USAA updated its download protocol at the beginning of the month it takes 5 minutes (I timed it) for Quicken to download transactions. Who do I go to complain about it? I can start Quicken and brew a cup of coffee before it is finished.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Do you experience this slowness when completing a One Step Update or with individual account updates? Do you receive any error codes or messages? Do transactions download as expected?

I no longer have the option of downloading individual accounts. All four of them are downloaded in one fell swoop. There are no error messages, and everything downloads properly.0
