EWC+ w/ Chase

Is anyone having problems connecting to Chase with EWC+? I have multiple bank accounts and multiple online accounts, the latter being distinguished as business vs personal and there being two account owners. Accounts for one of the owners disconnected. Attempts to reconnect complete the process correctly but the end result is the grayed out not symbol, indicating a connection failure.
