Downloading from USAA

USAA is downloading my transactions to old accounts.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What exactly is occurring? Were you able to successfully migrate and link your accounts, however, transactions are downloading into the incorrect accounts? Do you receive any error codes or messages? How long has this been occurring? Since you migrated to the new connection method (EWC+)?

    USAA renamed my accounts at some point last year. They are the same accounts but different discriptions. When I downloaded, the transactions went to the old named accounts. I had to move the transactions to the correct accounts and delete the old named accounts. The balance was not correct so I had to do a balance adjustment to match the balance from the bank. I do not like to do this. This morning when I downloaded from USAA the balance in my account does not match because there are 2 charges from Saturday that should be pending but appear as charges. This is so frustrating! Ever since this new method of connecting to my bank I have had nothing but problems. Is it Quicken or the bank responsibile for the mixup?

    My transactions are not downloading properly from USAA. It shows them cleared on the website but they do not reconcile in my account. Also, there are instances where the transaction does not identify the account.

    I am having the same issue. More specifically, the transactions that are pending on my USAA account Quicken balances wants to show as cleared in order to reconcile to a zero balance difference.

    This is exactly what is happening to me. This has been happening since the new conversion to the cloud.

    I'm also having a downloading problem. Six transactions within the past 2 weeks are pending on the USAA website, but an update shows 0 new transactions. However, the Balance on the account on the One Step Update Summary (including the missing 6 transactions) agrees with the website. Seems like a connection is established to get the balance, but newer transactions do not download.

    After making lastes changes for USAA downloading, I am not getting any notices in the download summary that USAA accounts have downloaded (other companies do show the downloads occurred).

    I am not able to download USAA transactions at all, despite disconnecting and reconnecting account several times. Major bugs have occurred since the request to update for USAA.

    same issue. this has been going on for two weeks with promises that Quicken will be in touch when resolved. My subscription comes up for renewal during April. I'm not going to renew if this is not resolved in the next weei.

  • Same. Did the uodate on USAA web site. Didn't change a thing. Still no downloads for two weeks.

    Worked for me today (3-20-23). I did get a message that USAA and Quicken 'updated' their talking and I had to reauthorize Quicken to take my information from USAA (on USAA website) but everything worked for me. {Quicken R48.9 build 27.1.48.9}
  • My bad. Did an update today that downloaded all the "missing-in-action" transactions. Who knows? Perhaps all is well.

    USAA transactions are not downloading. They do not show as cleared. I have to manually clear them to balance to the bank.

    No sense to leaving a comment. There is a long list of unanswered questions already. Too bad Quicken doesn't provide some support.
