Cannot login

My Quicken was corrupt so I removed it and downloaded from your website.
It loaded fine brought up my last saved backup (only a few months old).
It asked the password to my backup file and seem to login fine.
It showed the screen I am familiar with and then quickly pops up the Quicken login screen. I have never seen it asking for this before.
Given the same credentials that I used to login to my Quicken account via the web.
But consistently gives me "invalid credentials".
Please help.

Unfortunately, Quicken is only supported in the US and Canada. You might try a VPN to a US IP address.

I am running Quicken deluxe on Windows 10.
US – MN, no VPNIt also bothers me that completely removed Quicken then rebooted.
I then load the version downloaded from Quicken and try to run it.
Kaspersky removes it saying I have a Trojan...0 -
It's a false positive from Kaspersky. Try pausing Kaspersky and then installing or running Quicken.

Thank you for that Greg.
Yeah I paused/disabled Kaspersky and was able to load and run it with no problem.
But then it wants me to login with the credentials of my backup file, no problem.
The initial, I'll call it "Dashboard" screen comes up and then Quicken login.
That's what I can't get past, usually some message like "Oops something failed try again in 1 hour"
That is not the exact message, but close.0 -
It sounds like the Kaspersky firewall is blocking Quicken.

Thanks again Greg for these quick responses.
I work in tech support, probably similar to you.
I will certainly give that a try over lunch or possibly tonight after work.
Thanks for your time0 -
No, there is a problem with the Quicken Authentication System. I cannot access Quicken for Windows, Mac or Web. I'm in the US and haven't changed my password and it's stored in Bitwarden.
Fix this Quicken. This is why people dislike Cloud services, especially with no failover.

FWIW, I'm not having any problems signing in.

I still cannot get anywhere! I made sure Quicken was removed.
I paused Kaspersky's, disabling firewall VPN etc.
Load Quicken – No errors
Initial login – No problems
Quicken login – same issue
Just to be clear, I am using the same credentials that I use when logging into Quicken website.
Such as monitoring my subscriptions, downloading, etc.
I've attached 3 screenshots showing my initial login, then my Quicken login, then the error0 -
One more piece of information.
I put in my proper credentials and I get this "oops…" Message.
If I put in wrong credentials I get "invalid credentials" message
If this even matters???0
