Dillard's Credit Card Access stopped working

I have seen other discussions with similar but different error messages. My access to the Dillard's account stopped working a few weeks ago. I have tried multiple times to “Fix it” with no luck.

I hope this gets fixed soon.

    This error message usually appears when you have deactivated or deleted an account and then restored a Quicken backup file.
