Multiple credit card accounts not updating (Chase, Capital One, American Express)

I have several credit card accounts that are no longer updating even though all have been re-authorized. These include American Express, Capital One and Chase credit cards. I am having to download custom date QFX files for each one to get all transactions into Quicken. I have run a Validate / Repair on my file and it shows no errors for the accounts in question.

Quicken goes online, does its thing and comes back with no new transactions on the above mentioned accounts. Quicken however is working correctly with my brokerage accounts and credit union account. This just started happening.

I have also tried resetting each affected account without success.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Since this is affecting accounts with multiple financial institutions, I would recommend the following troubleshooting:

    1. Make a backup of your file.
    2. Go to Edit>Preferences
    3. In the Preferences window, select Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts (its the bottom option)
    4. In the Quicken Profile section, you will see a blue link that says Sign in as a different user. Click on that link.
    5. It will bring up a dialogue box that tells you what happens when you sign out and wants you to type "yes" in the textbox so you can sign out.
    6. After hitting the sign out button, Quicken might think for a bit, then will take you back to the log in screen.
    7. Before logging in, close out of Quicken and leave it closed for about 10 seconds.
    8. Open Quicken. When it finishes loading, it will take you to the log in screen.
    9. Log in.
    10. When your file finishes loading, try updating those accounts.
    11. Check the accounts to see if the transactions are downloading now.
