USAA and CC-501 error on the quicken server

Nothing but problems since USAA went to EWC+ recently. I have an open issue with Quicken offering only one login for my 2 USAA accounts (wife and mine) resulting in only being able to download my or my wife's accounts, not both. BUT, for the last few days, I get CC-501 "Unable to update these accounts because of an error on the Quicken server. For more information, see this FAQ." I have done everything on my end to fix this. I am a 25+ year customer with Quicken. Is there a remedy?

    Downloaded latest quicken update. The program was trying to link to something other than USAA Fed savings bank. All fixed now!
