CIti CC-502 error

I had this error for several months and today an excellent Quicken tech support person told me the issue was resolved at their end, and lo and behold, it's fixed. He had me set up a test file and then I added the Citi bank into it and it downloaded fine. Then I went into my regular Quicken file, went to the Citi account and hit edit and took out the online username and password. Then I hit the plus symbol and attempted to connect, and at some point, Quicken allowed me to link the download into my prior account.
