Unable to update transactions with USAA

I've been using this software for about 20 years and now I am unable to download transactions for my USAA accounts. [Removed Innacurate]. Can we please get this fixed?

There are directions to reauthorize your USAA account(s) which I did and it still does not work. VERY frustrating!

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What type of account(s) do you have with USAA? Are only specific accounts not downloading or are all accounts with USAA not downloading? Do you receive any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions?
