One account not updating with Summit FCU

Im having the same issue with Summit Federal Credit Union. 2 accounts update and 1 does not. Of course its the one I use most frequently. It was working fine before the express connect update I just did0

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What type of account is the one that will not download transactions (savings, checking, credit card, etc.)? What exactly occurs when downloading transactions? Do you receive any error codes or messages? How long has this issue been occurring?
